What is TPI?
Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) is the world's leading educational organization dedicated to studying how the human body functions in relation to the golf swing. Since its inception in 2003, TPI has analyzed thousands of golfers, from top professional Tour players to weekend enthusiasts. Through this extensive research, TPI discovered how a properly functioning body allows a player to swing a golf club in the most efficient way possible. Additionally, TPI has identified how physical limitations in a player’s body can adversely affect the golf swing and potentially lead to injury.
TPI Medical Level 2 Approach
As certified by the Titleist Performance Institute, Dani offers a specialized approach that begins with the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) to pinpoint areas of dysfunction and restriction in your body. The SFMA is used in a diagnostic capacity for musculoskeletal assessment when pain is present. It helps identify dysfunctions in movement patterns, guiding a treatment plan to restore pain-free movement and function.
Following the SFMA assessment, Dani utilizes techniques from the TPI Medical Level 2 certification to address these issues. Using precise manual osteopathic techniques, she restores balance, mobility, and strength, empowering you to move and perform at your best on the course or field.

Check out Dr. Greg Roses's simple test to check neck mobility
"Did you know that your neck is one of the most important parts of your body when it comes to the golf swing? Titleist staff member and TPI co-founder Dr. Greg Rose notes that limited range of motion in the cervical spine is one of the most overlooked physical limitations he encounters, but it can have a profound impact on both your performance and your longevity in the game. By not asking more of your neck than it's physically capable of doing, you can avoid injury, play pain-free and build a swing that performs better for you day in and day out. " - Dr.Greg Rose
